    • Manga: Our experimentation with light began when my dad and I were creating a live painting on stage at a concert. A red spotlight shone on stage and we lost total control of our colors. I’ve learned the best ideas often come from mistakes, when something utterly unexpected happens.

    • Manga: My day job is being a musician. I experiment and learn about different technologies by developing the stage design for my band for the last eight years.

    • Jessie: Geometry is an inspiration for both of us. With Dibkorma, we use a lot of angles in our work, and separately, we have both been deeply inspired by Cubism and Surrealism throughout our careers.

  • People

    1   Connections
    • Both of our fathers are also artists, and in our separate projects we collaborate with them. Dibkorma is a space where we can build on the work we have done with our fathers, yet pursue our own interests. We use modern tools and techniques that intrigue us such as LEDs, spray paint and murals.
